Correct fit is very important for us and you, if you need alterations on our signed garments contact us at myorder@paulanadal.com /alteration fees may apply. 

Repairs will be approved on case by case basis, if you have a product that need this service write us to myorder@paulanadal.com

HOW TO MAKE AN ACCOUNT

To open an account simply click Log In on the top of our page. 

You will be asked to add your personal information such as address, phone number, email... Make sure you are the only person with access to your password.

When opening your account at PAULANADAL each purchase will be added to your personal account, it also offers you an easy and fast way to order and manage your preferences, you will receive important information about your purchase and you will be able to track your order status. Order status

  • All the orders are fully trackable

  • You can always contact US or the delivery company if you have questions regarding your shipment.

Delivery Time

  • Please be aware that the delivery time is estimate. 

  • The products made to order it may take up to 2 weeks from order confirmation via email.

  • The products made to measure it may take up to 2 weeks from order confirmation via email.

  • If we have stock of the item this will be faster to deliver.

  • Kindly note that the delivery to rural places may take a longer delivery time. 

 

Taxes and Duties

  • All products are expressed in Pounds, this does not include the customs/duties.

  • For orders outside de UK: all applicable duties shall be the responsibility of the customer. 

  • PAULANADAL can not be held responsible for any action, cost, taxes or delays due to custom over which it has no control. 

 

Order Policy 

  • For security purpose, PAULANADAL reserve the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or work address. 

  • To avoid delays in receiving your order please provide the correct billing and shipping information associate with your credit/debit card when you place an order.

 

Insurance 

  • PAULANADAL insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you.  

  •  If you have specified a recipient order than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by PAULANADAL.

CANCEL YOUR ORDER 

​

IF THE ORDER IS CANCELED BY US: 

  • If your order is cancelled by US you will receive an email which will explain the reason for the cancellation.

  • We will refund the full amount to your Debit/credit card. 

  • Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons:

    - Item is not available 

    - Difficulties in processing your payment information 

    - Can not ship to the address provided 

    - Duplicate order was placed 

        

YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER WITHIN the 24 hours after placing the order.

  • You have the right to cancel your order before the order confirmation have been placed by us via email or before 24 hours after placing the order online. 

  • Once this is canceled we will refund to you the cost of the order to the same payment method, this may take within 5-7 days to appear in your bank account.

  • To cancel an order send us an email to myorder@paulanadal.com and include the following:   1.    Name on the order  2.    Email address on the order  3.    Your request, concern. 

  • If you wish to cancel your order AFTER receiving the email or later than the first 24 hours after you placed the order you will follow the Standard method of Return, see RETURN YOUR ORDER.

YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER AFTER the 24 hours after placing the order.​​

  • All our products are made to order, we start producing each order the day after the order is placed.

  • If you wish to cancel your order anytime AFTER 24 hours from when the order was made we will issue a STORE CREDIT.

  • After receiving your order you want to return an item please write us within 14 working days when the order is delivered. Late requests won't be affective.

  • To return an item, please read and follow the instructionsItems must only be returned after you being in contact with someone of our team. Email myorder@paulanadal.com and include the following:    1.    Name on the order  2.    Email address on the order  3.    Your request, concern. 

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping back to our office and the customer will incur the shipping  and customs cost. We can help you to book it for you, invoice will be provided afterwards.

  • PAULANADAL can not be held responsible for any action, cost, taxes, delivery fee, duties or delays due to custom over which it has no control. 

  • Store credit is issued once we have the product back in our office.

  • Products must be sent in the original conditions, packaging, accessories… Products must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. 

  • No parcel will be accepted after the prescribed timeframe ( 30 calendar days from when the return is requested), those will be refused and returned to the sender.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

​

  • If you received a damaged item or faulty you must contact us as soon as you received the order, you have up to 14 calendar days and you must write us myorder@paulanadal.com including:  1.    Copy of the purchase invoice  2.    Name on the order  3.    Email address on the order  4.    Your request, concern, pictures of the damaged item or parts. 

 

  • If the item have to be returned or exchanged you will have to ship the product to our office and once we will receive it we will investigate and refund to you the cost of the order as well the cost of the shipping and customs within 5-7 days.

PRE-ORDERS 

​

Pre-order discount will be applicable exclusively during a specific period of time and exclusively on the products selected by PAULANADAL. 

When placing a pre-order, the full payment will be taken upon checkout and you will be charged immediately.

If you: cancel your pre-order within 24 hours from the order is placed online:

  • We will refund to you the total cost of the order directly to the same payment method, this may take between 5-7 days to arrive to you.

​

If you: cancel your pre-order after 24 hours after the order is placed online: 

  • We will issue you with store credit for the total amount of your product order.

 

Return your pre-order after receiving the product: 

  • Returns, size exchanges or if you changed your mind after to the shipment we will issue you with store credit for the total amount of your product order. 

  • To be eligible for a pre-order return the customer must contact us within 14 working and return the order back to our office.

  • To return an item, please read and follow the instructionsItems must only be returned AFTER you being in contact with someone from our team, please read and follow the instructions. Email myorder@paulanadal.com and include the following:  Name on the order.   Email address on the order.  Your request, concern.

STORE CREDIT​

​

  • Valid for five years from the date it was issued.

  • Store credits are issued if the customer want to return/exchange an item after receiving the order ( 14 days timeframe ), or you changed your mind about your purchase later than 24 hours after you placed your order online

  • The store credit can only be used online www.paulanadal.com. It is non-transferable, and cannot be reimbursed in any way, not even in cash.

  • If the credit on your store credit does not cover the total amount due, a valid credit card will need to be used to complete the payment.

  • If the credit on your store credit exceeds the total amount due, the remaining credit will remain on your store credit and can be used for your next purchase.

  • We cannot replace misplaced or stolen store credit.

  • In the event of a product purchased with a store credit being returned, the product will be refunded in the store credit.

  • After five years from the date the store credit was issued the store credit will be terminated, any remaining value within the store credit will be lost for the customer.

PAULANADAL has the right to modify, limit alter any regulations and eligibility of customers or any other feature of the store credit, PAULANADAL it reserves the right to make the final decision on all disputes.

GIFT CARD â€‹

Please read the following terms and conditions before purchasing a gift card:

  • The gift card can only be used online www.paulanadal.com. It is non-transferable, and cannot be reimbursed in any way, not even in cash.

  • If the credit on your gift card does not cover the total amount due, a valid credit card will need to be used to complete the payment.

  • If the credit on your gift card exceeds the total amount due, the remaining credit will remain on your gift card and can be used for your next purchase.

I CAN'T PLACE AN ORDER​

  •  For security purpose, first-time customers must provide the correct billing and shipping information associate with your credit/debit card when you place an order.

  • Try to use an alternative payment method. Check that your payment card is enabled for online purchases.
